Even though it works just fine once I press space but I want it to boot up without the message

Hello,

I got UK used HP Pc but I got an error message when it’s booting up (picture attached) . I’ve taken it to Ikeja but the engineer was unable to reprogram the motherboard and I’m thinking of taking it to HP office but I think anyone here might be able to solve the problem. Thank you
