Any dentist in the house or any one who has suffered toothache before? I have serious tooth ache. I am confused as so many people advised against pulling it off while some say I should not. Of a truth, I do not want to pull it off if I can help it. Is there any medication I can take?

I had a hole in mine sometime ago and had to fill it.
