If anyone female( adult) has a visa already. She is going for an all expense paid trip to mind children that their mum has a valid visa, the children have valid visas too, even the nanny has a visa.

I didn’t say you are doing anything illegal. Read my post again. Americans have a different mindset. So during POE question they will ask the visa holder , what are you coming for? She will explain and then they will ask relationship between the parties the answer depends on whether they will move you to secondary inspection and during the time they are asking the questions they are looking at your profile from their computer and the purpose the person accompanying gave Bottom line , be careful at POE

In Abuja and Lagos, there many agency that handles children vacation outside the country even without the rich parents in the picture, look for any of them, I believe they will gladly take care of this.
