Margot Machol Bisnow, a Contributor on CNBC after interviewing 70 parents of highly successful adults, deduced 4 phrases they never used when their kids were young.

The exact statements may not apply to us all but the context in which they are used finds a place in some. Oh, included are brief notes.

1. “I don’t trust you, so I reviewed your homework and fixed the mistakes for you.” - trust them, let them make mistakes early, and get them corrected.

2. “We’re increasing your allowance so you can buy whatever you want.” - Don't make them perceive that everything can come cheap easily. Let them get their small hands dirty at least small house chores isn't bad.

3. “No after-school activities until your grades improve.” -
Some children are good at school alongside other things while some aren't but do well with other activities. The earlier this is realized the better.

4. “I’ll give you money if you get good grades.” - We all want kids to have good grades right? Yeah! But without a good grade isn't a recipe for failure in life
