Land is available already.

Need estimate for number of blocks and other items.

I want to start buying sand and cement and moulding the blocks. Then move into foundation and erecting the structure.

I also welcome good layout plan suggestions... I'll like all the rooms to be ensuite then an external restroom too for visitors.

why not go on jiji and buy one that's already built? A lot of japa people are selling houses cheap these days...
