I've done business name registration before. Sometimes I get queried and sometimes I don't. This particular one I got queried because I didn't include 'street' in the business address and I included 'public servant' in the occupation of the business owner. Immediately, I added 'street' to the address and removed 'public servant' from the presenter's profile. I then submitted again. Almost immediately, it was queried still asking me to remove public servant from the occupation of the presenter. I have done that more than four times and each time I resubmit, I still get queried.
Please what do I do to overcome this? Anyone with such experience or info on how to go about it should please help.

It could be a system thing as your registration is hooked on that initial occupation registered. Sometime the CAC website can delay or hang when doing registration leading to such queries.

What I would advise that you do is to raise a ticket or send a message to their contact email address.

The first mail I sent to them is about two weeks old now. They have never responded to it neither had they acknowledged it.
