Hi, can you help me calculate in details, the cost of fencing a plot of land in lekki phase 2? One side of the land(length) is already fenced and the measurement of the remaining 3 sides are--length-40.14m, front and back-25m each.A guy gave me the following estimates which i think are on the high side.
1.Clearing of site--15,000
2.Formwork to grroundbeam and column-qty=115.10@2100=241,710
3.Blockwork to fence-qty=136.11@2100=285,835
4.supply and install of gate-90,000
5.Reinforcement -qty1512kg @157=237,384
6.Excavation of foundation-20,000
7.Concrete in groundbeam and column-qty=13.1 @26000=340,000.
Total==1,230,525

These are the only details given except for the number of blocks and cement. Like front and back 375 blocks each and the side 611 blocks. cement-34 for block and 56 for concrete.
