She should avoid chemicals she might be reacting to e.g Make up and Soaps with harsh chemical components. She should also avoid sweat and dirt by washing her face often and finally she should watch the kind of food she eats. Most people react to some type of food so you would know what you eat when you have a break out or pimples.

hi tell her that dont try to make them worse more like i had done in past . she really needed to consult with a good skin care specialist . But still she can get some improvements with drinking more and more water and avoid all fried foods .

I am an internationally trained esthetician who has had re-occuring acne myself.

There are many causes and triggers to acne, that is also specific to skin type, genetics and a whole lot of other factors.

I need to know if your friend just started having the breakouts. In addition, I would love to see pictures of your frineds face to determine what grade of acne that she has, as there are different grades of acne and their subsequent treatments. pimples are caused greatly by the nature of the life style that we live especially eating fatty foods all the time and taking very little water , so i suggest she contacts a skin specialist and may be change her diet,
