As the topic implies, this is quite simple. This suggestion can really help as it would ACTUALLY impact the lives of many Nairalanders, as in actual impact not fugazi. This thread can be a way japarians (where doable/possible) are encouraged to share hints to openings that can be filled when they have decided on leaving/resigning. What do you have to lose?

Do keep it direct and simple.
Eg. Head of Audit position vacant (with a brief on acceptable qualifications/experience to land the role, salary expo)..send email/CV to so so and so. Wish you luck.

Noted. However for most, they do. Some people are even asked to suggest suitable replacements when they are about leaving. I have done this more than once.
