Dad and Mum ,Parents ,I found buying of Landed Property ,Land Bank for My Children ,Both the one in My name and the one in My Children Name Interesting and Amazing .

I discovered that Apart from Given them Sound and Good Education ,Another thing we could do for them is to Invest on Landed Property for them, I'm not really Talking about Building so many on the Land .

You buy the land,Fenced ,Survey ,Get C/O some in your name and some in your Children Name .

For example a Child that is 15 years Old now ,There are Some Areas now that a Plot is sold for 250k to 300k for now ..By the time that 15 years old Child would be 25 years ...The same Plot of Land Might be selling for 1 to 1.5 Millions of Naira ..Imagine if you buy one Acre or 2 Acres of Land.

Mind you it just be an Area that has Landmarks and Tendency of Developments in the next 2 to 3 Years .

Secondly ,Considering the Economic Situation it's like you are Investing for your Children Tommorow .

Keeping Money in the Fixed Deposit Account won't ever Bring such Returns .

What are your Fears of Not Investing on Land Banks ..Papa and Mama ?

Fears of Omonile ,Fears of Land Scam ?

Have you heard about Covenant University Before or rather Winners Chapel Church in OTA ,Ogun state .

The Land is 20 Minutes Drive from the Winners Church/Covenant University...

You will get to a TOWN Called ATAN then from ATAN to the Land Site is about 10 Minutes .

If you need more Direction I can give you .If you want Inspection I will be Available .

If you have 1.8 Million Naira just lying Down in one of your Account which you are not using at all ,Why not Just Contact me right away to Arrange for Inspection to invest it on a Landed Property for that your Lovely Child and watch the Value Grow as the Child Grows .

Nothing Appreciate like Land... Don't Be exempted .Wise Dad and Mum today does that .

Fears of Land Fraud is not an Excuse because I encourage you to Bring Your Lawyer ,Land Investigator , Surveyor ,Police ,Navy ,Soldier ,Airforce name it .

In a Matter of Years ...That Your Child once he grows Would definitely Pray for investing on Land for him.or. Her..

Take that 1.8.Millions Lying Idle in your Bank and Buy a Landed Property Now..

A Man bought 3 Plots last Five Years ,His Son Got an Admission ,He had Lost His Job ,Wife Salary is nothing to Write Home About .

He is the Only child they have ,No where to get Money ,The Property had Appreciated ,Q Land he Bought for 200k Per Plot Five Years ago ,Baba Sold for 1.6 Million Naira,Baba was able to Pay for his Child's Admission ,Paid for 3 Years .
