staffs were lay-off without any tangible benefits.


Staffs who have spent as long as 5years were let go without nothing.

I found @ bolded confusing and misleading.

5 years is not so long per se and there is no law that stops a company from laying off staff.
Laying off staff is not only because of bad times or poor sales, it could be redundancy caused by technology, production review or outcome of performance evaluation.

Some staffers were not sacked and there is obviously a reason why those ones were retained.

When the going was good, we did not hear anything but now you are pushing against the company instead of moving on to achieve greater things in life. You want to bring down the roof so that those retained will lose their jobs too.smh. That is not good.

Not everything requires a pity party, the company has its rights too and what you just did shows that you were probably not loyal to the company.

This is why I always tell folks never to work for any organization they can not give their 100% loyalty!
