Required Skills

• Degree in marketing with experience in desktop publishing, communication and media or related fields (minimum of 2nd class upper division).

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite and internet
• Fluency (both written and spoken) in English.


Job profile

Under the guidance and supervision of the Administrator, the intern will assist the implementation of the Association’s strategy to promote its training and maintain its administrative section.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Researching materials for BRIPAN’s upcoming publications
• Assisting with all logistics associated with the successful implementation of the Association’s programmes
• Maintaining database of the Association’s members and programmes, including any information received from such, e.g., feedback forms, mindset surveys, etc
• Sourcing for participants and facilitators for trainings.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports for the Executives and Council.
• Maintaining the Asset register.
• Marketing BRIPAN’s training programmes and events to relevant organisations
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Administrator
