We are a group of company that are into distribution of assorted wines (alcoholic and non-alcoholic wines). We are looking for professionals that will manage our sales team to achieve the company goals.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the beverages team pan Nigeria.

LOCATION: ANAMBRA STATE

JOB DESCRIPTION


Using market data, statistics and trends to establish sales goals
Reviewing marketing inadequacies and adjusting plans
Recognizing and rewarding top sales producers
Preparing timely sales forecasts and reports
Tracking and analysing sales data to find strengths and weaknesses
Managing sales budgets
Developing and implementing sales procedures and policies
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs

REQUIREMENT AND SKILL

Proven work experience as a BEVERAGE NATIONAL SALES is a MUST
Experience managing a high-performance sales team
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel at all times
BSC/HND in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Age between 35-45 years


Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills are helpful for connecting with clients and sales team members across the country or region, especially regarding timely information.
Creativity: Their ability to create innovative sales ideas may help a company grow its revenue and profits. These skills can also help national sales managers if they collaborate with advertising and marketing departments.
Sales knowledge: Effective national sales managers often have an extensive understanding of sales funnels, processes and functions.
Team management: Their ability to lead, motivate and supervise a team can help national sales managers meet sales goals.
Persuasiveness: Their ability to be persuasive may lead to increased sales and partnerships. This skill can also help motivate and encourage employees.
