Its an online job service website. We want an api that will connect to our database of clients and our short code sms gateway. This is what is required of the api. Our clients send sms to our short code sms number; the API connectes to the sms gateway, picks out the mobile numbers of clients sms and then use mobile numbers to query the database to bring out all their data in the database.
