For example, I want email to display at the end of the link.

After the user submit email and password, then click Submit... I want to be redirected to another page like https://mywebsite.com/#(email address).

I tried using action="mail.php/#$email"

It didn't work too.

Is there any recommendation?

Your form doesn't have any action attribute. if mail.php is handling the form submission, then the form tag should have something like action="mail.php"

In your form just use subscribeform.php as the action no need for the extras
