Get fresh aloe vera and apply the gel on the burnt area.

The doctor said we shouldn't apply anything. After dressing it this morning, he still wrapped it with bandage.

When it's time for the next dressing and you don't have the money for treatment, get and apply fresh aloe gel to the burn.
It'll heal faster.
