That since the new tenancy bill was signed into law. The number of adverts for letting of flats has reduced on the property section. Are landlords hiding the rent and tenure they are asking for or are they looking at other options apart from letting? |

I perceive it as such. It would be extremely difficult to start counting threads one-by-one. I have observed this trend for over a week now. |

You don't need to be told that d poster is very right! Infact, alot of people have been calling me for a 2br flat around mainland but none is available @ dis moment  |

Same with me. Although, I think it is an extension of people being priced out of the choice areas on the mainland that they are looking for. |
