Honestly , I really Appreciate your Comment ,However this is Public Forum ,Immpressions Really matters ,Just a Word can turn or Change the Heart of another Willing / Intrested Fellow.

ABOUT THE AREA : With due Respect ,You Really make me Laugh ,When you mention 200k,Very very Funny Indeed .Secondly it is very Clear that you do not know Anything about this Area at all for saying it will take up to 20 to 25 Years to Develop. it is Like you saying Agbara would take another 25 Years to Develop . This place is not Forest oooo .It is Good Idea you could have at least ask People that lives or stay or know about the Area .

This is a Public Forum,Even if you intend still Pricing after i gave Net Cost ,That could be done Privately.Typing 200k sends a wrong Signals and Immpresions. We are Humans .The Land is not 399.9k it is 400k Non negotiable.

There is Igbesa Functioning Chinese Free Trade Zone here ,There is Crawford University here ,There is Igbesa Polythecnics here also .

There is Lusada Major Market here ,Igbesa Agbara Industrial Hub ,The largest in the West is here ,The Blue Rail coming from Lagos would be Passing Accross Agbara bstop which is just 15 minutes to the Area .Projects still Going on .
