Greetings and salutations. I was in Nigeria in August and set up a new one/sim. I set up vmail with the hope of being able to dial in and retrieving vmails when I am back in the US. It seems that my ploy was foiled since when I call the phone number from US (I have the phone here but turned off) I get a "user not available" message. Is this the normal protocol? |
