New Naira Note: Was It Unconditionally To Disregard The Judiciary? by Wainey(op): 10:08am On Mar 09, 2023
From my SS1 level of government, I was made to the believe that the right to veto lies in the hands of the executive government as it is the arm that executes a policy which is already interpreted by the Judiciary.

Even when the court sentence someone to death, without the signature of the executive, that judgement will be delayed, infact the president also has the right to overwrite such judgement and Grant the person a presidential pardon, knowing that the president holds this much power,

My question is this?
1. Is Buhari refusal of executing the supreme Court judgement unconstitutional?
2. Also As Central bank is under the executive arm of government directly responsible to the minister of finance, should Emefiele listen to Buhari or should he listen to the supreme Court?

Mynd44 pls I will appreciate some explanations from you cos I am a bit confused
