Go educate yourself. That shape (1st gen) ended in 2006 and Acura developed a new design from 2007 for the 2nd gen. MDX.

That's not a 2007 MDX! 2007 to 2013 are of same generation, but 2010 to 2013s have face-lift with notable grills and rectangular like exhaust.

Rather than admit a mistake and make a simple correction, he chose to run away and clear the topic.

Your screenshot is a confirmation of what I earlier told him about correcting the model year of the vehicle he's trying to sell.
