I don't understand what you meant by NVIDIA is ahead? NVIDIA makes GPUs and the last time I checked, GPUs can't function properly without a CPU which is where Google and Intel come in.
Ask yourself why computers don't come only with GPUs.

NVIDIA CUDA Quantum enables GPU-accelerated system scalability and performance across heterogeneous QPU, CPU, GPU and emulated quantum system . NVIDIA plan in more development of CUDA ahead of Google and Intel .
