The present government is APC and the incoming is also APC. So, I don't know and can't imagine how interim government can take over government without the knowledge of present government.

Looking like interim government is inevitable. If the appeal court nullifies the election close to handover, based on 25% FCT criteria, Interim government has to take over to either conduct fresh election or Obi takes over

Even if the tribunal rules against Tinubu and INEC, Tinubu will appeal and will be sworn in.

This is very funny to say the least. How can anyone think of interm government when it is not the opposition that is in power. Will a civilian walk up to Buhari and asked him not to handover to the President elect? Is the opposition in charge of force in Nigeria? This sound so ridiculous and absurd. We stand for a federal republic of Nigeria constitutional leadership. Who ever does not met the criteria of the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria should not be sworn in.
