Same here I am passionate about learning data analysis...but I heard for starters one needs to be good in excel.
For now my current job ain't given much time to stay focus...but I believe with more determination I will be able to achieve something on it...

Op I probably don't know any place you can learn In Lagos, but for now since you are passionate, I suggest you go through YouTube learn data analysis for beginners at least that will give you a head start.
