You're making a very weak comparison. Libya was like Europe until the West killed Gadaffi however Sudan has been an axis of evil since 1999!

I am yet to see a Nigeria graduated from Sudan with majors in Medicine, Engineering or Economics. It's been always Islamic Sciences (if you can factor what that means)

What's the country's relationship to her neighbours like?

How's its economy? What achievements has she made in sciences?
