What can I use for this rashes on my body. I observed it 2 days after visiting a new area. I'm thinking reaction from sheets, soap or water!!

I'm back home using my Glowis Soap and st Ives cream. It seems to be drying up but I'll like drug recommendation to kill it from inside and outside. Thanks.

Get Ketoconazole tablet and cream.
Get SAFI Blood Purifier also.

to alleviate the symptoms:
