Firstly, let me advice anyone thinking of buying a laptop from jumia to have a rethink because currently I am in dilemma.

Bought a laptop last year July on jumia for 193k Intel core. The keyboard are no more functioning anymore and the laptop is no more booting. It is all started from automatic repair now it is showing no operating system.

For pro on the forum, what can I do to solve these problem and secondly, do you think I could still get someone to buy it at the rate of 150k

reinstall windows on it. the windows may have crashed or the storage needs replacement.

I gave it to an engineer to help me reinstall the operating system and he was telling me I would have to change the hard drive?

Can I boot it with an external drive. Because I have an external drive.

It has crashed...just change the hard drive and reload do a fresh installation of original windows software...my emphasis on "original"....then your laptop should be fine
