Pls i need help and advices from doctors or people with similar experiences

So before last week i was normal, i was breathing very well even under heavy stress or activities.

I could even sleep flat without any pillows, i breathe with my nose only and there wasnt any problem

Somedays ago I had a very bad panic attack
Coz my appliances weren't charged, the rain was about to start and i knew they would seize the power supply.
That was how i had a bad session that lasted 2hrs
I couldn't breathe, i was feint and i was forcing my self to breathe with my mouth.
While trying to sleep i noticed i wasnt breathing sometimes.
All this happened in the night.

The next day was fine my breathing was clear and smooth

The next night i experienced the same thing but not as intense as the former

Ive been experiencing this everynight since then.

Ive never experienced asthma in my life
And I'm always conscious of my breathing in and out

What could this be

my brother i wont lie to you. it is asthma. i was breathing very well since i was born for over 28 years now but 2 years ago, 2021 to be precise, i began to have this symptoms you mentioned. just get yourself ventolin inhalers. they perform wonders whenever you have the attack. 2 shots of your inhaler is ok whenever you have such attack. despite how broad science is, they still cannot produce cure for asthma
