1. OPERATIONS MANAGER]
Specification
• HND/B.Sc graduate from a reputable higher Institution.
• At least 3-5 years work experience as operations personnel in a reputable courier & Logistics firm.
• Good knowledge of courier operations and services
• Ability to make good decision, and a team player.
• Good inter personal relationship, high analytical minded.
• Good communication and written skill.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Not more than 40 years old as at December 2011.

1. DISPATCH RIDERS
Specification
• SSCE, OND qualification
• Must have at least 3 years work experience as a dispatch rider in a reputable courier and logistics company.
• Must possess good knowledge of Lagos routes.
• Ability to read and write.
• Must possess valid riders permit
• Intelligent, presentable with good communication skills.
• Not more than 35 years old as at December 2011.

2. DRIVERS
Specification
• SSCE, OND qualification
• Must have at least 3 years work experience as a driver in a reputable company.
• Must possess good knowledge of Lagos routes.
• Ability to read and write.
• Must possess valid driver’s licence.
• Intelligent, presentable with good communication skills.
• Not more than 35 years old as at December 2011.
• Ability to work under pressure

3. TRUCK DRIVER
Specification
• SSCE, OND qualification
• Must have at least 3 years work experience as a driver in a reputable company.
• Must possess good knowledge of Lagos routes, as well as interstate routes.
• Ability to read and write.
• Must possess valid driver’s licence.
• Intelligent, presentable with good communication skills.
• Not more than 45 years old as at December 2011.
• Ability to work under pressure.
