I have been learning the basics in HTML and CSS.
I started JavaScript. But someone strongly advised I should go for Python instead.
And I don't want to just surf the internet randomly.
I want a real life tutor that can teach me.

You can't master coding even in the next 5 years..

Just learn and learn, na small, small.

As for JS you can dump it, it's the most dispised language, secondly people don't regard JS devs.

I am a JS dev, I know what I am saying.

They want to see Java,C#,Phython,PHP.

Funny enuf if you know JS, you need just one month to understand the above listed Lang's.
