Why was he allowed to test drive the car alone? And I thought modern cars like this are supposed to be preinstalled with GPS trackers?

Not jus that, we BMW or GERMAN machine users have MONOPOLY CYCLE market for the machines.. it will never go far IN SEARCH POOLS.. unlike TOYOTA or Japanese car that has millions similar models n colors, it only saving grace u don't mistake one else car as urs in MALLS is NUMBER PLATES
