If it's island, depending on the area, if it's a mall hold 6m in Lekki
If it's around Ajah axis hold half of 6m
If it's around Ibeju Lekki hold 1.5m

On the mainland
If it's a market hold 800k if your shop will be close to the road, if it will be inside the market hold 400k
If it's a container on the streets, 80k for your container and probably 5-10k monthly payment for the area you container is mounted.

Accessories will cost over 3-5m
