Good afternoon Everyone! Please do not mind my English cause I am kind of in a panic mood .I always have panick attack when it comes to defending myself !. Right now my cousin trying to fight me , (he doesn’t show it but the patterns he draws is something else). I have not had any kind of fight in my entire life . What should I do ?

Nobody like problem'' i don't allow people take me for granted, you can not allow everybody to shook hand into your eyes.
Op i am not saying fighting is good'' but sometimes u have to give what ur next man ask' so that everybody will know each other well.
The only thing i don't know is whether u are lazy or strong.
Because if i tell u the kind blow i blow with my aunty first son, your mind go dey'' but today we are lovely brothers and we all respect each other.

Put distance between you and the stressor. And get yourself to a doctor asap to get treatment for the panic attacks. This is your heart undergoing all of that pressure and there is nothing normal about that. undecided

remember this, the purpose of a fight isnt to subdue a man but to kill him. Your cousin is going to kill you if you dont kill him first...

I am not bragging but i haven't seen any combatant that will defeat me in a duel. This is because i've painstakingly trained myself in combat. I dey train for self defence. In a nutshell,avoid dat your cousin and make him bring the fight to you.

People still have time and strength for problems in this Nigeria?

If I remember the choking School fees, transport fares,NEPA bills and rents take slap person ehn ,I'm not sure the person will survive it.

Just ignore and avoid the person totally if you can.

But if shove comes to push , remember all the insults, embarrassments you've ever faced because you wanted to avoid trouble and defend yourself.

A little bit of vawulence here and there keeps everyone in check .
