How many are we really in this Country ...Probably 250 Million.

Can't the Government Simply Open a Portal online ,Then ask Nigerians to Submit there NIN ,BVN and Bank Account Details .

Once The Government Verifies that with what they have in there NIN database ,Verifies with Banks as well ,Then they Pay 1 Million Dollars to each Nigerians .

That is about 250 Millions Dollars that is even to say if all would be Paid which is not Possible.

Okay out of the 800 Million Dollars,The Government still have left 550 Millions Dollars ...
