Each time I try Running the Itunes Setup on my system, it tell me "iTunes Setup.exe is not a Win 32 application"

How did you get the installer? Via download (hopefully from the vendors website)? If yes, then perhaps the download is incomplete. A quick verification would be checking the size of the local file against that from the host site you got it.
