During our school days, it usually raises concern or an alarm whenever we completed exams, but takes longer time seeing our scores or results, hence; it makes us to believe firmly that our lecturers are after financial inducement.

Consequently, 2023 PEPT election issues reminds us that the sudden gap between when petitions was concluded and final written addresses adopted by all parties versus judgement date speaks ill of our Judicial and leadership systems, which begs the questions;

1. Is our Judiciary really independent?

2. What kept them this long?

3. Is the matter so difficult?

4. Did they threaten our judges?

5. Have they been financially at last?
