Informaiton reaching us the Administrative Departments of O.A.You. that Scratch cards are no longer availabe in banks except one needs to travel to Ile-Ife to get his/her card and time waits for no one.

While it's true that cards are really scarce in Lagos, people can still get them at the branches I will list below:

IBTC - Allen Avenue branch. These guys collect additional N200 for what they call "bank charge", so be ready to pay a total of N1700 if you want to get your card at this particular branch.

Intercontinental bank - Surulere branch. Don't know much about their activities here, but I know someone that got hers here.
