Job Title: Admin Manager (Hybrid) We are a construction company in Lagos, focused on delivering innovative and high-quality construction projects. We are seeking a young and proactive Admin Manager who will help our team in achieving our goals. Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day operations of company and project sites. • Supervise and train administrative staff. • Develop, implement and maintain office policies and procedures. • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines. • Prepare and attend to all official communications. • Prepare and manage office budgets • Procure office supplies, equipment, and maintenance services. • Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for employees. • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other outside partners. • Assist with HR duties, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. • Manage company's brand (Online and Offline). Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field • Proven experience as an Admin Manager or similar role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience: Serving Copper/0-2years Experience. Salary: 60k.
