We are a Silicon Valley accelerator backed fintech startup building a couple of cool innovative features for the Nigerian/ Sub-Saharan B2C and B2B market. Our engineering/ development team are mostly foreigners and I need someone who is well versed/informed about the fintech eco-system in the region to lead my development team with:

-market insights, better ways to easily integrate and access the segments with various API's, How they can easily work our ledgers to access the various integrations in the fintech space

- Great knowledge about trends in the market and how and what our competitors are doing to create better options
-You will be our eyes and ears about what customers are saying about our product in the long run with conducting various market surveys
-You have worked closely with a Fintech in the past so you actually have proven experience
-You have knowledge about customer acquisition channels and you are open to brainstorm and test it out with our team
-You are skilled with working with A/B testing for various customer acquisition campaigns
-You are skilled with using various tech tools,CRM tools, Social Media campaigns tools etc
-You are SUPER PASSIONATE ABOUT THE FINTECH SPACE in the region.

We are currently starting development for our platform and we need someone to join us immediately. Good Monthly reward and also a permanent position and stock options.
