Hi everyone!
I have been using a Nokia Lumia 830 (Based on the discontinued Windows 8.1) for some time now and I must say its frustrating to use one in 2023.
Some services are available to me on the IE browser namely gmail, wikipedia and other websites written in PHP or basic HTML with no frills (CSS or JS). So I'd like to create a service that allows one to use telegram and other instant messaging applications by mail.
Quick googling shows that it can be done, so I want to ask my bosses in the house what platform will deliver this best?
