Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments. Verify quantities and quality of goods received.
• Generate regular reports on stock levels, consumption, and reorder requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
• Work closely with other departments to understand their stock requirements.
• Implement security measures to prevent theft or damage to goods.
• Oversee the maintenance of storage equipment (shelves, racks, forklifts, etc.).

Qualifications:
• HND/ND in any discipline.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with inventory management software.
• Physical fitness for tasks that may involve lifting and moving heavy items.
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with various departments.
• Capacity to identify and address issues related to inventory and storage.
