My candid advice/ suggestion is that you should go and get white onions. Boil one bulb of the onion for few mins (15mins). Then eat the boiled bulb. Do that at least thrice in a week Go for test after 3months.

Somebody suggested a natural sperm booster.... hope it works. It is not normal for a guy .... I assume not yet 35 ... to have low sperm count ... unless you have some serious medical condition. If no ... then I want to believe you are addicted to masturbation. If no ... did you take the COVID-19 shot and boosters? If yes... then I wish you luck ... population control in effect.

Sorrugacy is still your best bet try to save up if stop taking alcohol smoking if you do. You can can take supplements like addyzoa and vitamin e 1000 out .

I got married 3 year ago.
I have been treating low sperm count without positive result .
The morphology, active sperm and speed is very good but the count is terrible.(3 million )
We have once attempted ivf, sadly my wife could not go through the process because her Vg is too small.
The pain was too much and the doctor suggested surrogacy.
my wife is really down.
I do not have fund for surrogacy at the moment.
My wife is now having heart ache/pain and always lost in taught due to this issue.
I am completely black out and confused.
Adoption is not working, I am still on awaiting list.
Is there any organisation that give fund for surrogacy.
I will pay back every penny spent.
I try to act like a man and to pretend that all is well.
But this is beginning to affect me .
I married as a Virgin and married my wife a Virgin.
It really hurt.
We have a perfect home but this issue is making our heart shattered.
We have prayed and fasted but no result.

But I will like to be very blunt here.

Your wife's VG is small or too tight I need to be clear on this first.

Because that isn't a justification for not going through IVF. My wife's sister went through tear when she delivered her son last time,infact,her Vg was torn to allow the baby to come out and yet ur wife's own only pains her.

My advice is this:

Pregnancy is not a child's play...it is a journey of severe pains and angusih especially at delivery time. U guys need to rethink the IVF pls.
