a school in the USA ask for my statement of account be converted to dollars , what can i do co i do not have a domicilary account ,

Contact your bank and tell them, they're in better position to assist you in this

my bank said it can't be converted into dollar

   I'm thinking that you probably misunderstood their demands, why don't you contact them to request a detailed explanation and advise them on your bank report?
