I need source code for a timer on a website just like that of a Computer Based Test (CBT) as we have in GRE or even some Universities in Nigeria where they write CBTs. Anyone that can write it or knows should please notify me here. Thanks.

To use a timer on a website you will need to use a client side scripting language. That role belongs to javascript.
Check out these links to using and implementing javascript timers Here.
