Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans
Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
Handle HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records and HR databases
Requirements:

HND/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in HR management roles
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
