Y OBJ dey fool himself. Did he attend any university during his prime. He rose to the peak of his military career with no university degree. Now engineers or doctors end up being Brig.Gens or Colonels in the army Dem don arrange OBJ result before NOU was conceived. Now im go burrow money from Yaradua to do matric and convocation.
