WHOEVER PROTEST AGAINST THE HUNGER OR INSECURITY BUT SHE/HE EITHER: 1. VOTED FOR APC in 2015 and 2019, should be shot at closest range on her/his heart, because she/he' is a HEARTLESS. or 2. VOTED FOR TINUBU, despite his promise that he would start where Buhari stopped, should be shot in her/his balls because she/he is a BALL-LESS. or 3. And anybody who VOTED FOR BOTH BUHARI AND TINUBU, should be shot at closest range on top of her/his heads, because she/he is a SENSELESS. Idiots |

Mehn, this life is a great mystery. Yesterday it was in lagos Island, people were being flogged like animals just to collect 100 Naira worth of bread. Today, it's in Ogun state- hunger protest. Are these not the region campaigned and voted Tinubu? Their kinsmen were on this platform making mockery of Peter Obi. Peter Obi's region are busy dedicating factories. Shameless Yoruba Ronus will no more show their ugly faces in this platform, many don't even have money for data. I don't hear them say 'Obi supporters will cry till the next 8years' 😂😂😂 Some are now praying that this 4years that just started should be fastwarded. Hi huuu!!!! Let the terrorist Nigerian army use all of them protesting as target practice... shoot to kill. They must learn that no protest is allowed in the evil contraption. Go back into your dilapidated houses and cry in your closets or get a rope and do the universe a favour. |

The people must stand up to free themselves from the shackle of Tinubu and Imf World Bank. As usual, the meeting between the president and the governors ended emptied handed again. Nothing is said about the free falling naira that really needs to be addressed . Everything can be done to solving this problem, if naira free fall is not addressed, no matter what they think is the solution is not going to work. If they release grains from the imaginary food stores, it will just be like what the CBN is doing for the stabilisation of naira. It will only take effect for 2 or 3 days and even the situation goes worse than before the intervention. President Bola Tinubu is joking about the state of Nigeria and Nigerians. I forsee a very big wahala that will consume this government, except Tinubu and his economic policy makers take a decisive decision as quickly as possible. |

Any time there develops a PATTERN of spreading social unrest in any country, that nation's military officers sit up and take note. If Nigeria's current spate of mass protests continues to occur across the nation with no sign of abatement, renegade military officers nursing a desire to dip their grasping paws into the state treasury will begin to sense an opportunity materializing, with the result they may well decide to plan a military coup, knowing that the population would at least initially react with euphoria if the elected civilian government that put them through unbearable hardship is overthrown. This is the tipping point that Nigeria is now approaching like a gigantic passenger cruise ship sailing on direct course to hit a rocky outcropping that has been sighted but cannot be avoided due to the sheer inertia of the ship, and the length of time it takes such large vessels to change course even if all engines have been thrown into reverse to slow down the rate of closure with the obstacle ahead. For anyone who might welcome a military coup, history tells us that while things start out on an optimistic note after a typical military coup, it never takes long before the constitution is suspended, and freedom of speech is curtailed with brutality as a prelude to the establishment of a draconian police state where no dissent is tolerated at all from anyone. Despite pledging to hold elections as a time-buying ploy designed to appease the international community, military coup planners usually cling to power under one pretext or another in spite of their lofty promises served up when they first grabbed power, while they get busy pludering the nation's natural and financial resources with reckless abandon for as long as they can remain in power. While the current Tinubu government has proved to be an unmitigated disaster for Nigeria's already tattered economy, any regression back to the dark age of military governments would quickly prove to be an infinitely worse scenario for the nation's population, in virtually all regards. 1 Like |
