I know it's tough and some times learning things such as this may be had

but I would say this

It's better you learn it than bring in some one

It's takes very little time to learn it if you learn from a pro,

Advertising budgets are dependent on certain factors some times

And the best way to run that is to understand the industry you are advertising in

So please don't give it to anyone to run.
Just run it yourself

Just as the person above said,since you are starting very small, you might not even be able to pay for a professional

But of course you can learn and even employ an intern later to do that for you
