JOB TITLE: BAKERY MANAGER
LOCATION: GBAGADA
SALARY: 100K TO 120K
EXPERIENCE: 2 years and above.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
* In charge of day-to day operations of the bakery.
* Overseeing bakery staff.
*managing inventory
*Hitting sales target.
*Ensuring Inventory of baking and non baking items are well monitored.
* Ensuring that Customers are attended to properly following the SET procedures and they have excellent customer experience.
* Ensuring high-quality bakery items are produced while following proper food handling procedures. And are ready to meet ‘’set timelines”
* Inspecting bakery items to ensure that established standards on quality, uniformity, and aesthetic appeal are met.
* Ensuring that baking tools, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.
* Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
* Creating suitable work schedules for staff members.
* Implementing advertising and marketing strategies to attract new customers.
* Appraising staff performance and carrying out the necessary disciplinary measures to address poor performance
* Strategically arranging bakery items in display cases to encourage customer purchases
