The day is done
and I've had my fun
you danced in my head
with thoughts of you, i was well fed
now I'm lying in my bed
but my thoughts flow in one thread
as i begin to thread a whole new path which has got me both brave and scared

How can something so wrong, feel so right
right now, i'm feeling the bite
as the memories flood against my might
and images of you fill my sight
even in the darkness of the night
we know we cant put up much of a fight
but we'll hold on to each other and hope to God that someday we'll see the light

I long for your touch
it feels like a blazing torch
trailing warmth in its path
this we have not sought
but we have found
in the frosty night
i crave for your light
how can something so wrong
feel so right

I want to feel your touch like last night
when we couldn't put up much of a fight
we held on to us and flew together like kites
you guided me through a path
i have never trodden
tonight, i cant sleep a wink
cant even tink
i only want to feel your arms
'round me

tis like a forbidden fruit
but it really looks soooo good
i hunger for you, much more than food
the only satisfaction i can have from my thirst is the feel of you,
I need you now

even if its the last i ever have.
